                    In 2020, the pandemic of Covid-19 has affected the whole world and lakhs of people on this earth have lost their life. Even after six months of the arrival of Covid-19, no proper vaccine is available to the medical science for treatment.

                    The lock down for around three months in India has affected the economy where lakhs of labours and employees were compelled to leave metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, etc. However, the unlock is started by the Central Government cautiously provides relief to the economy. Currently, the demand of several items is reduced whereas, the lack of workers in industrial area, loss of job opportunities have put the country in a very difficult conditions.

                    Meanwhile the Delhi Government, Chief Minister, Sh. Arvind Kejriwal, launched a website of Rozgar Bazaar to bridge the gap between demand and supply of labour force. The website provides opportunities to the employees and workers to register their name, qualification and experience with contact number to find their suitable employment. On the other hand, employers like companies, NGOs, traders, associations, etc; can also register their requirements with their contact numbers to hire, will certainly boost the economy.

  Nowadays employers like manufacturers, traders and service providers are also facing lack of employees and workers as most have gone their native land viz; Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, etc; during lock down as they have no options to survive here. However, Central Government as well as State Government has  made efforts to feed these poor sections of the society but it is not feasible to feed such a large number and even these manforce were not interested to stay at that time. Although these manforce have now started moving to these business hub in search of job in this unlock time, and the launch of Rozgar Bazar by the Delhi Government will certainly add a facilities to get employment as well as fill the requirement of the employer. 

    Even the same steps can be taken by states viz. Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, etc, to facilitate both employee and employer in bridging the Gap of demand and supply which will certainly helpful to recover the economy of these states also. These states are also worst affected to due lock down and this is an important steps to help the economy. Rest hope for the best.
