In this charge sheet, 19 persons were involved including a woman Isha Jan who extended her help to Pakistan based terrorist organisation to execute the attack on the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) convoy.
The mastermind behind this attack is Pakistan based Jaish-e-Mohammad, Masood Azhar, his brother Rouf Asgar and cousin Ammar Alvi.
On 14th February, 2019, a CRPF convoy was attacked by a vehicle having suicide bomber on Jammu Srinagar National highway at Lethipora in Pulwama District. The deadly attack on the CRPF convoy on the 5th Bus out of 78 vehicles was so high that it martyred 40 security personnel and therefore, the whole country was shocked with this news.
Indian Government and its security agencies blamed the involvement of Pakistan based terror organisation,i.e; Jaish e Mohammad which was firmly rejected by the Pakistan Government. Even the Pakistan Government had criticized the deadly attack on the CRPF convoy but it couldn’t hide the truth that the mastermind behind this attack was from the territory of Pakistan.

The Prime Minister of India, Sh. Narendra Modi, assured the Nation that the accused involved in this attack would have to pay the cost.
Indian Air Force was instructed to prepare itself for the attack on the terror camp in Pakistan. On 26th February 2019, Indian Air Jets attacked Balakot terror camps in which around 400 terrorists were killed.
Initially, Pakistan accepted that Indian Fighter Jets penetrated its air space but denied any air strikes or casualties. After one months, Pakistan permitted the international media to visit Balakot. Meanwhile, the Pakistan Government had reconstructed the training camp in one month to hide the reality from the international media and when it permitted the international media, the picture was something different.
No doubt, Balakot Airstrikes was certainly a befitted reply to the masterminds of Pakistan based terror organisation. However, Indian Government diplomats also got success in convincing the world communities except few countries like China, Malaysia, Turkey, etc; that the revenge executed by Indian Air Force was the need of the hour.
Now the charge sheet is filed by the NIA which further proves that the terror attacks in India are always executed from Pakistan's soil. It will further defame the Pakistan Government among the world communities.
Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia asked the Pakistan Government to repay $1 billion loan amount out of $3 billion. Pakistan's economy is deteriorated to such an extent under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan that it was unable to repay this loan amount and therefore, China came forward to assist the Pakistan Government.
After the spread of Covid-19, the world community's trust on China comes to minimum level and therefore, several countries like the US, European Unions, Britain, Asian countries start searching other options like India for trade. China has dispute with all the neighbouring countries because the main policy of Chinese Government is to capture the territory of neighbouring countries. And if Pakistan continues to get the assistance from China, Pakistan will have to pay it.
On the other hand, the policy of the Government of India to Pakistan and China is changed with the arrival of BJP led by Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi from defensive to offensive at border areas as well as at the diplomatic level.

Even Pakistan's economic condition is worse, whereas, no country is interested to lend loans which further jeopardizes the economy. Pakistan Prime Minister, Imran Khan, knows that the Pakistan condition will never improve until the relationship with India improves. As it is well known that Pakistan Army always plays a crucial role in Pakistan Politics and any deviation in policy to improve relations with India will be costly to him and therefore, he is a silent audience having no options.
It is well known that the Prime Minister of India, Sh. Narendra Modi, is known for bold decision maker and therefore, Jammu and Kashmir was changed its constitutional structure from state to union territories. Political party like Huriyat Conference in Jammu and Kashmir reached on the ventilator after this action of Government of India and the Parliament.
Earlier, Huriyat Conference used to get financial support from Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) and act on the music of Pakistani Government. With the change of policy of Government of India from appeasement to penalise the Political Parties of Jammu and Kashmir which are involved in supporting terror activities. Indian Government also gave free hand to Indian Army and security agencies further added moonlight in this region and therefore, the condition of this region is improved to a large extent. Even the terrorists attack in this region are reduced, whereas, terrorists commanders and terrorists are killed by the Indian Army in large number which further weakens the terrorists activities in J&K.

Malaysian Prime Minister, Mahathir Bin Mohamad supported Pakistan on Kashmir issue which had hurt the Indian Businessmen. Indian Businessmen decided to retaliate to teach a lesson to the Malaysian Prime Minister for supporting Pakistan. And therefore, the import of Palm oil is shifted from Malaysia to Indonesia in spite of that the price in Indonesia is high. Before this, Malaysia was only the country from where Palm oil was imported, whereas, the economy of Malaysia was totally depend on Palm Oil. Reduction in the export of Palm Oil to India deteriorated the economic condition of Malaysia which means that Malaysia payed the cost in lieu of supporting Pakistan.
The voluntary ban of Palm oil from Malaysia by the Indian Businessmen completely jeopardised the economy of Malaysia and therefore, Malaysian Prime Minister had to resign from his post.
All the above incidents shows that the condition of Pakistan is worsened in the coming days as the regional parties of J&K are unable to help and therefore, India has a chance to play a crucial role like Indira Gandhi to divide the Pakistan territory in two or three parts,i.e; Baluchistan, Gil git, etc; as human rights violation in these areas are in peak. People of these areas are fed up from the Pakistan Army and they are ready to revolt if they get full support from India.
Even a super power country, the US and its allies are with India and therefore, Indian Government has golden opportunities to execute this policy to get a permanent solution. Otherwise, Indian territories will always be mutilated by the Pak based terrorist organisation.
